연구실 소개
강경미 교수의 연구실은 주로 체질적 영상진단 기술, 특히 비침습적 혈류 및 조직 특성 분석을 위한 영상 유도 기반 진단 기법을 핵심으로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 IVIM, ASL, DWI, Synthetic MRI 등 다양한 영상 생물지표를 활용해 암성 종양, 특히 췌장 및 뇌혈관 질환의 조기 진단 및 구분에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 대조제를 사용한 영상에서의 조직 반응 분석과 뇌 혈류 변화를 정량적으로 평가하는 데에도 집중하고 있습니다.

15IVIM-derived perfusion-related parameters could be helpful for the differentiation of common malignant tumors in the pancreas and for distinguishing malignant from benign IPMNs. D(fast) and f were more valuable parameters in the differentiation of PACs from NETs than were ADC and D(slow).

ASL imaging could detect CCD in 75% of patients with hyperacute infarction. We found that CCD was more prevalent in patients with arterial occlusion, larger ischemic brain volumes, and higher initial NIHSS and mRS scores.
