연구실 소개
송경호 교수의 연구실은 항생제 내성 병원체, 특히 메티실린내성 황색포도상구균(MRSA) 및 ESBL 생성 에시리히아 키토바시아(Escherichia coli) 등 다제내성 세균에 의한 침습적 감염의 임상적 특성과 치료 결과를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 항생제 내성의 임상적 영향과 치료 실패 원인, 감염 후 면역 반응의 동태를 분석함으로써, 효과적인 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 종양 환자에서의 결핵 유병률 및 관절염 치료 후 감염 위험 요인 등 다양한 감염성 질환의 유병률과 위험 인자를 밝히는 인구기반 연구도 수행하고 있습니다.
