연구실 소개
박경우 교수의 연구실은 간세포암화(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)와 관련된 임상적 문제를 중심으로, 특히 간염 바이러스 유병률이 높은 지역에서의 치료 전략 수립과 생존율 향상을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 항응고제 반응성, 혈전용해제 반응, 심혈관 질환의 생물학적 기전 등에 대한 분자생물학적 기반 연구도 병행하며, 고령 환자에서의 심혈관 위험 예측 지표 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히, 유전자 다형성과 환경 요인(예: 흡연)이 약물 반응성에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
