연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 신경생물학과 나노소재를 융합한 다학제적 연구를 선도하고 있습니다. 주로 척추동물의 뇌신경계 형성과 축삭 유도 메커니즘을 규명하기 위해 제브라피시를 모델 생물로 활용하며, 뇌의 구조적 발달과 신경 회로 형성에 관여하는 Robo 수용체 유전자들의 기능을 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 반도체 나노소재를 활용한 생체센서 및 광검출기 기술 개발을 통해 신경질환 치료와 연계된 정밀의료 기반 기술을 개발하고 있습니다.

The electronic and photoconductive characteristics of CdTe nanowire-based field effect transistors were studied systematically. The electrical characterization of a single CdTe nanowire FET verifies p-type behavior. We report on the characterization of low-frequency noise in fully depleted (FD) double-gate p-channel FinFETs. While the average noise follows a 1/f dependence, considerable device-to-device variations in noise level are observed due to the statistical fluctuation of the number of oxide traps involved.
