연구실 소개
이근욱 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 위암, 림프종 등 다양한 암 종양에서의 신호전달 경로와 표적치료 반응 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 YAP1 활성화, TMB(유전자 변동 수) 등 바이오마커와의 연관성을 규명함으로써 개인화된 암 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 기존 약물의 재창출(예: 엔자스타우린)과 신규 치료법의 기전 규명을 통해 내성 문제를 해결하고자 하는 연구도 활발히 진행 중입니다. 특히 저항성 암 치료 및 노령 환자 대상 치료 전략 최적화에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

Although most patients diagnosed with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (NTCL) have localized disease, radiotherapy alone is unsatisfactory because of frequent systemic failure and conventional doxorubicin-based chemotherapy has low efficacy. Although paclitaxel showed numerically longer PFS and OS compared with irinotecan, this was statistically insignificant. Both irinotecan and paclitaxel are valid second-line treatment options in MRGC.

This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of low-dose paclitaxel/cisplatin chemotherapy in patients with metastatic or recurrent gastric cancer that had failed 5-fluorouracil/platinum-based chemotherapy.
