연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 난소암과 자궁경부암을 중심으로 전임상 및 임상 연계 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 비코딩 RNA(lncRNA, miRNA)와 단백질 발현 프로파일을 통해 암의 진행 메커니즘을 규명하고, 정밀의료를 위한 예후 생물학적 마커를 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한, 혈액에서 순환하는 종양 세포(CRC)를 효과적으로 포집할 수 있는 나노구조 마이크로플루이딕 디바이스 개발을 통해 조기 진단 기술의 실현 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
