연구실 소개
문민환 교수의 연구실은 초음파를 활용한 산전 및 남성 생식기 질환의 영상진단에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 배아기 및 태아기의 해부학적 구조 발달에 대한 정밀한 기준치를 제시하고 있습니다. 고령산모를 위한 선별검사의 정확도 향상을 위해 인종별로 차이가 있는 태반 및 태아 소견(예: 코 뼈 길이)에 대한 보정 기준을 마련하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한 난소질환, 고환부질환, 부속기박리 등 다양한 부인과 및 비뇨기계 질환의 초음파 소견과 조직병리 소견 간의 연관성을 규명하며 임상적 진단의 정밀도를 높이고자 합니다.
