연구실 소개

노민수 교수의 연구실은 피부질환의 분자 기반 메커니즘 규명과 신약 타겟 발굴을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 표피세포의 분화 이상과 관련된 유전자 발현 조절, 면역세포 사이토카인의 영향, 그리고 지방세포에서의 adiponectin 조절 메커니즘을 다루며, 피부 재생 및 만성 염증성 피부질환의 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 신경성장인자와 기계적 자극 간의 상호작용, 간엽줄기세포의 비대칭 자기복제 메커니즘 등 세포 생물학적 기전에 대한 심층적 분석도 진행 중입니다.

In the meta-analysis of public microarray databases for different skin diseases, we revealed seven commonly up-regulated genes, DSG3, KRT6, MAP17, PLSCR1, RPM2, SOD2 and SPRR2B.
