연구실 소개
김민아 교수의 연구실은 암의 전이와 약물 내성 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하며, 특히 종양 미세환경, 특히 림프관 및 혈관 세포와의 상호작용이 전이성 암 세포의 행동에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. CD133를 표적으로 삼은 암세포 아구룹의 기능적 역할과 항암제 저항성의 원인을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 면역조절 경로(예: IDO1/TDO)와 옹포바이러스를 이용한 면역치료 전략 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 암 치료의 내성을 극복하고, 보다 효과적인 표적 치료 전략을 설계하는 데 기여하고자 하는 목적이 있습니다.
