연구실 소개

송명진 교수의 연구실은 중증 폐질환, 특히 간질성 폐질환과 폐섬유톱리의 치료 및 예후에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 아이디오피식 폐섬유톱리(IPF) 환자에서 저용량 피르펜디온의 임상적 효과와 폐암 발생 위험에 대한 장기적 추적 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 중환자실에서의 급성 신손상, 세ptic 쇼크, 스트레스성 궤양 예방제의 효과 등 중증질환 관리 전반의 임상적 문제를 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 신경조절제제의 심실세동 위험 감소 효과 등 약리적 치료 전략의 유효성에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 병행하고 있습니다.

Furthermore, advanced GAP stage was the only predictor of treatment-related acute exacerbation of IPF. Our study showed that one-fourth of all CPAs occurring in the general wards were preventable, and these arrests decreased each year. A mature RRS can evolve to reduce preventable CPAs with regular self-evaluation. Efforts should be directed at improving physicians' response time since a delay in their response was the most common cause of preventable CPAs.
