연구실 소개
김낙현 교수의 연구실은 항생제 내성 박테리아에 대응하기 위한 새로운 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 페지와 엔도리시닌을 활용한 감염 치료 및 표적 항생제 사용의 최적화를 중심으로, 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이기 위한 기초 및 응용 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 생체 감지 기술 분야에서는 금 나노그레팅 기반 국소 표면 플라즈몬 공 resonance(SPR) 센서의 민감도 향상과 안정성 개선을 위한 나노재료 및 구조 설계에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이와 함께 혈액배양 오염 방지 및 항생제 사용의 적정성 평가 등 임상적 실질적 문제 해결을 위한 의학적 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

Although tigecycline is considered one of the few therapeutic options for carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) bacteraemia, its role in the treatment of CRAB bacteraemia remains unclear.
