연구실 소개
김상희 교수의 연구실은 식물의 병원균 저항성 메커니즘을 규명하고, 이를 응용한 지속 가능한 농업 기술을 개발하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, NLR 수용체 기반의 효과체 인식 면역 반응과 식물 내부의 병원균 감지 시스템을 유전자 기반으로 공학적으로 조작하여 새로운 병원균에 대한 저항성을 부여하는 데 핵심적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 식물 면역 반응의 분자적 기전과 관련된 핵심 유전자들(예: RPS5, SRFR1, SNC1)의 기능과 조절 메커니즘을 체계적으로 분석하고 있습니다.

In this article, a reactively sputtered aluminum nitride (AlN) piezoelectric film and its application for a film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) device are presented. The FBAR is composed of an AlN film sandwiched between top aluminum (Al) and bottom gold (Au) electrodes and an acoustic reflector block of SiO2/W stacked multilayers. This paper presents an approach of exploiting contexts that are available within design environments in order to improve the understanding of the information needs of a designer. The idea is that such contexts allow reuse tools to acquire information relevant to a designer’s current task and this will increase the relevance of retrieved information. This experimental study was conducted to evaluate the impact behavior of relatively rigid projectiles with conical and hemispherical nose shapes on normal to high-strength and ultrahigh performance concrete (UHPC). Bragg reflector thin film resonators (TFR's) using AlN reactively sputtered at room temperature were investigated. The Bragg reflector TFR is composed of a piezoelectric aluminium nitride thin film, electrodes of Al (1500 /spl Aring/) on both sides and reflector layers of an Al-AlN pair. The resonator has a fundamental resonance at 2.81 GHz with a return loss of 3.07 dB.

A modified procedure of a previous synthetic route for baicalein was developed in order to obtain more than ten grams of baicalein for in vivo test. This study aims to predict the compressive strength of concrete using a machine-learning algorithm with linear regression analysis and to evaluate its accuracy.
