연구실 소개

이 연구실은 초해상도 현미경 기술을 활용한 생물분자 동역학 연구와 나노입자 기반 센서 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 수용체 단백질의 세포막 내 이동 메커니즘을 정밀하게 분석하기 위한 고해상도 이미징 기법과, 아스코르브산, 티아민 등 생물학적 분자를 정량하는 민감도 높은 광학 센서 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 나노입자와 분자의 상호작용 원리를 기반으로 한 신소재 및 분석 방법의 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Previous studies tracking AMPA receptor (AMPAR) diffusion at synapses observed a large mobile extrasynaptic AMPAR pool. A sensitive and selective fluorimetric sensor for the assay of ascorbic acid (AA) using silver nanoparticles as emission reagent was investigated.
