연구실 소개

정승환 교수의 연구실은 기업 지배구조와 조직 내 다양성의 영향을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 여성 리더십이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 이론적·실증적으로 탐구합니다. 또한 생체의학 분야에서는 유연한 마이크로니들 센서 및 이온 액체의 생체막 상호작용에 관한 혁신적 기술 개발을 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 암 치료에서 STING 활성화가 종양 혈관세포에 미치는 영향과 병변의 세포막 구조 변화를 분자 수준에서 규명하는 데도 기여하고 있습니다.
