연구실 소개

지소영 교수의 연구실은 뇌종양의 정밀 수술을 위한 환자 맞춤형 3차원(3D) 프린팅 뇌모델 개발과 임상 적용에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 고해상도 해부학적 구조를 반영한 투명 재질의 3D 모델 제작과 수술 시뮬레이션을 통한 치료 계획 최적화를 핵심으로 삼고 있으며, 뇌신경외과 분야의 정밀의료 및 개인화 치료를 선도하고 있습니다. 또한 5-ALA를 활용한 형광 수술 유도, PARP 억제제와의 조합요법 등 신재생의학 및 암 치료 신전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

We report a case of glioneuronal tumor (GNT) with a discovery of novel gene fusion of <i>CLIP2-MET</i> resulting from aberrant chromosome 7 abnormalities. Our findings showed that although only cyst fenestration for decompression was performed to preserve pituitary function, more pituitary dysfunction occurred than expected. Besides, the postoperative hormonal deterioration itself acted as a risk factor for cyst recurrence. In conclusion, surgery for RCC should be more careful.
