연구실 소개

이승준 교수의 연구실은 주로 정형외과 수술 및 골다공로시스성 골절의 치료 전략에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 고령 환자 대상의 고관절 치환술, 퇄추골 경부 골절의 보존적 및 수술적 치료, 그리고 균형 기능 회복을 위한 재활 전략 개발에 힘쓰고 있습니다. 특히 케이지-프리 캐피터리 스템, 퇄추골 절단을 동반한 캐피터리 삽입술, 그리고 균형 기능 평가 시스템을 활용한 재활 프로그램 개선 등 첨단 수술 기법과 기능 회복 평가를 융합한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 악성 담도협착 진단의 정확도 향상을 위한 병리 채취 기법의 최적화 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.

Despite arthroscopy being associated with significantly superior iHOT-33 scores after 12 months of follow-up, we were unable to discern the difference between the treatment strategies using other scoring methods, such as HOS, EQ-VAS, mHHS, and NAHS. First Korean Case of Mycobacterium arupense Tenosynovitis

Mycobacterium arupense , a slow-growing nontuberculous my- cobacterium (NTM), was first isolated from clinical samples in 2006 [1]. Non-Homologous End Joining Repair Mechanism-Mediated Deletion of CHD7 Gene in a Patient with Typical CHARGE Syndrome

CHARGE syndrome MIM #214800 is an autosomal dominant syndrome involving multiple congenital malformations. Clinical symptoms include coloboma, heart defects, choanal atresia, retardation of growth or development, genital hypoplasia, and ear anomalies or deafness. Mutations in the chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 7 (CHD7) gene have been found in 65-70% of CHARGE syndrome patients. Here, we describe a 16-month-old boy with typical CHARGE syndrome, who was referred for CHD7 gene analysis.
