연구실 소개
정선근 교수 연구실은 힘줄 손상 및 어깨 관절의 기능 회복을 위한 혁신적 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 주로 유도만성 힘줄염(예: 외측 골격상염)과 긴장성 어깨(유착성 관절낭염)의 치료에 초점을 맞추며, 자가 및 이종 유래 간엽줄기세포를 활용한 재생의료 기법을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 관절내 수압 확장술에서 관절낭을 유지하는 방식의 치료 기법 개발과 함께, 줄기세포의 생존율 및 기능 향상을 위한 전처리 기술도 함께 고안하고 있습니다.

Capsular stiffness of the glenohumeral joint significantly correlated with limitation in shoulder ROM, especially in the abduction and external rotation directions, whereas there were no meaningful relationships with shoulder pain during motion or rest. Capsule-preserving hydraulic distension changed the biomechanical properties of the glenohumeral joint capsule, lessening the stiffness and enlarging the volume capacity. These alterations were accompanied by improved range of motion and relief of pain. Repeated capsule-preserving hydraulic distension with saline solution and corticosteroid would be useful to treat adhesive capsulitis and to evaluate the treatment results.
