연구실 소개
김선미 교수의 연구실은 바이러스성 질환, 특히 코로나바이러스(SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV)의 핵심 단백질인 3CL 프로테아제를 표적으로 삼아 천연물 유래 플라보노이드의 항바이러스 작용을 체계적으로 탐색하고 있습니다. 특히, 플라보노이드의 효소 억제 메커니즘을 형광법을 활용해 정량적으로 분석하며, 바이러스 치료제 개발의 기초를 다지고 있습니다. 또한, 유방 초음파 영상의 정밀 진단을 위한 컴퓨터 지원 진단(CAD) 시스템의 임상적 유용성과 영상 해석자의 경력 수준에 따른 진단 성능 향상 효과를 연구하고 있습니다.
