연구실 소개

허성호 교수의 연구실은 신경계 및 체세포 발달에서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 성장인자, 특히 FGF20과 Wnt/β-카테니ン 신호 경로의 기능을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 모낭 형성과 내이 기관의 세포 분화 과정에서 FGF20이 어떻게 세포 결정과 발달을 조절하는지에 대한 분자 기전을 규명하고 있으며, 청각 손실 및 유전성 기형 질환의 메커니즘 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 청각 기능 유지에 기여하는 전해질 엔지니어링 기술 개발을 통해 바이오의료 및 소재 응용 분야로의 응용도 모색하고 있습니다.

AHP 방법론을 이용한 도심 내 주문배송시설의 입지 결정 요인 연구: 환경 요인을 포함하여

1인당 연간 택배이용 횟수는 2021년 128.4회로 역대 최대치를 기록하였고, 전국 택배 물동량의 약 70%가 수도권에서 발생하고 있지만, 지금까지 서울시 내부 물류시설의 규모는 큰 변화가 없었다. 이처럼 증가하는 택배 물동량을 처리하기 위해서는 도심 내 주문배송시설의 확충이 불가피한 상황이다. 이처럼 도심 내 주문배송시설의 중요성이 높아져 관심과 수요가 증가하고 있지만 도심 내 주문배송시설도입을 위한 입지 결정 요인에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 도심 내 주문배송시설(Micro Fulfillment Center: MFC)의 입지 결정 요인을 발굴하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 통해 상대적 중요도를 파악하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 분석 결과 상위요인의 경우 인프라 요인의 중요성이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 그다음으로 경제 요인과 정책 요인이 높았고, 환경 요인이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 이를 통해 인프라 기반인 물류센터의 일

국가산업단지 및 수출입공항‧항만은 물류의 주요 결절점으로 물류서비스 용이성은 국내 전체 공급망의 성공적인 운영과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이에 국가에서는 각 시설에 대한 개발계획을 세워 지속적으로 관리하고 있으나, 명확한 현황진단방법의 부재로 인해 투자 대상의 선정 및 우선순위설정 등에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 원활한 국가물류 및 투자 효율성 확보를 위해서는 국가산업단지, 수출입 공항 및 항만을 대상으로 물류서비스 수준에 대한 현황을 명확히 진단하고 이를 바탕으로 한 지속적인 관리 및 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이용자가 인지하는 물류서비스요소와 실제 시설개선 대상인 물류시설요소로 구분되는 물류서비스 현황진단요소 구성안을 도출하였으며 이를 적용하여 실제 시설을 진단하고 부족한 물류서비스요소의 개선을 위한 물류시설요소들의 개선 우선순위를 결정하는 적용방법을 함께 제안하였다. 마지막으로 국가산업단지 3개소, 수출입항만 3개소, 수출입공항 2개소 등 실제시설에 개발한 진단방법
