연구실 소개
심성훈 교수의 연구실은 암의 병행 치료 반응 예측 및 재발 모니터링을 위한 생물학적 마커와 영상 진단 기술의 임상적 활용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 5-FU 기반 방사선화학요법 반응 예측에 기여하는 p21과 CD166, 그리고 면역 억제 상태를 평가할 수 있는 신호 분자들(예: iNOS, LAP 등)의 변화를 분석함으로써 개인 맞춤 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 낮은 위험도의 발열성 중성구감소증 환자에 대한 외래 치료 가능성을 평가하는 임상 모델 개발을 통해 치료의 안정성과 효율성을 동시에 높이는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

15PET/CT was as sensitive and specific as contrast CT in detection of recurred gastric cancer except peritoneal seeding. However, additional PET/CT on contrast CT did not increase diagnostic accuracy in detection of recurred gastric cancer. Further studies are warranted to validate the role of PET/CT in detection of gastric cancer recurrence.
There is no specific marker to evaluate the immuno-suppressive status of cancer patients. These show high p21 and CD166 expression at the pretreatment biopsy were associated with tumor regression and poor prognosis in patients treated with 5-FU based CRT. We prospectively evaluated the utility of ESR1 and PIK3CA mutation analysis with cell-free DNA (cfDNA) using droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) for the efficacy of endocrine therapy (ET) in hormone receptive positive (HR+) metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients. The primary purpose of this paper is to examine the short-run and long-run relationships between trade balance and real exchange rate using bilateral data for Korea vis-a-vis ten of her major trading partners on a quarterly basis over the period of 1990Q1 to 2006Q1.
