작도장의 발생 기원은 궁방전의 매득ㆍ확대ㆍ회복ㆍ면세 조치 등 궁방의 경제적 기반을 구축하는데 공로를 세운 자가 도장에 차정된 것이다. 발생 기원의 측면에서 보면 작도장은 궁방과 관련된 인물이거나 궁방과의 연계를 통해 부를 축적하고자 한 인물이 중심을 이루었으며, 궁방과 작도장은 서로의 경제적 기반을 구축하는데 도움이 된 공생 관계였다. 작도장은 장토를 경영하면서 궁방에 상납의 의무를 지고 있었는데, 궁방의 상납액은 장기 고정 또는 하락하는 추세였지만 도장의 수입액은 증가했다. 장토에 대한 궁방의 지배력이 약화되어 간 반면에 작도장의 권한은 강화되어 갔던 것이다. 작도장의 권한이 강화됨에 따라 작도장의 경제적 가치가 상승해 매매가가 지속적으로 상승했다. 작도장의 권한이 강화되면서 작도장권에 대한 인식도 변화되었다. 도장권을 매매할 때, 도장권의 매도자는 재산의 주인이라는 의미로 財主라고 지칭하였다. 그런데 19세기 후반부터 도장권의 매도자를 토지의 주인이라는 의미인 畓主라 지칭하는 현

조선은 울릉도에 민들이 거주하는 것을 금지하고 정규적인 수토를 통해 민들을 쇄환하는 수토 정책을 시행하였으나, 1881년 울릉도에서 일본인의 무단 벌목 문제가 제기되자 통리기무아문은 국방의 차원에서 울릉도를 조사할 것을 건의하였고, 고종은 울릉도를 개척해 읍을 설치하려는 계획까지 표명하였다. 1881년 울릉도에서 일본인의 무단 벌목 문제가 제기되었던 시기의 조선은 만국공법에 대한 인식이 확대되면서 서구세력과의 조약 체결, 전통적인 화이질서에 기초한 청과의 관계를 개선하려는 정책을 추진하고 있었다. 1880년 이전과 대조적인 울릉도 개척 정책이 추진된 것은 만국공법에 대한 인식이 확대되는 과정에서 이루어졌던 것이다. 만국공법에 대한 인식의 확대는 영토 의식의 변화에도 영향을 미쳤던 것이며, 변화된 영토 의식은 1880년대 조선의 영토 정책에 반영되어 나타났던 것이다. 만국공법의 인식과 이에 기초한 영토 의식이 반영되어 전개되었던 1880년대 조선의 영토 정책의 시발점이 울릉도 개척 정

17세기 궁방전이 형성될 당시 도장은 도장권을 상속하거나 매매할 수가 없었다. 그런데 궁방의 경제적 기반이 축소되자, 각 궁방은 재정을 확보하기 위해 돈을 받고 도장을 차정했다. 이를 통해 도장은 도장권을 상속하고 매매할 수 있는 권한을 획득했다. 도장이 매득한 도장권이 토지소유권은 아니었지만 궁방과 도장 사이에 매매를 통해 성립된 하나의 物權으로서 궁방전에 형성되었다. 납가도장은 장토 경영의 주체로서 장토 관리 비용을 부담하며 도장의 권한을 강화해 갔다. 납가도장은 권한 강화를 통해 궁방전에서 ‘궁방-도장-경작인’이라는 중층적 구조를 형성하고 장토의 실질적 소유자로서 궁방전을 침해하고 경작인을 통제하는 사적 지주와 같은 존재였다. 납가도장이 발생될 초기에는 왕실 업무에 종사한 인물이 중심을 이루었다. 그러나 대한제국기 납가도장은 하급 관리로서 사회적 지위의 상승을 도모하며 부를 축적하고자 한 자들의 경제적 기반이었다.

『國有地(抄)』는 조선총독부 중추원이 둔토ㆍ궁방전ㆍ陵園墓位田과 관련된 정보를 기록한 문서철이다. 그런데 제목에 ‘抄’라고 부기하였듯이『國有地(抄)』는 어떤 원 자료로부터 조선총독부 중추원이 필요한 정보를 뽑아 모은 문서철이며,『國有地(抄)』 작성에 바탕이 된 원 자료의 작성 주체와 시기는 밝혀져 있지 않다. 『國有地(抄)』에 기재된 정보와 관련 문서철을 바탕으로 작성 시기와 작성 주체를 살펴보면 토지 성격별로 작성 시기와 주체가 달랐다.『國有地(抄)』 둔전 「별표」의 원 자료의 작성시기는 1914년과 1915년이었고, 작성 주체는 임시토지조사국이었던 것으로 추정된다. 이에 반해 궁방전 「별표」와 능원묘위전 「별표」의 원 자료의 작성 시기는 1908년이었고, 작성 주체는 臨時財産整理局이었다. 황실 재산을 국유화하기로 결정한 이후 임시재산정리국이 국유화된 1사 7궁과 慶善宮 장토 및 능원묘위전을 정리하기 위해 작성한 것이 궁방전 「별표」와 능원묘위전 「별표」였던 것이다. 임시재산정리국은

In elderly hypertensive patients, lower SBP targets correlate with improved clinical outcomes, including reduced mortality and cardiovascular events. Nonetheless, the heightened risk of adverse effects underscores the need for careful, individualized treatment strategies. Additional research is warranted to refine these targets and achieve a balance between therapeutic efficacy and safety.

Metabolic risks, e.g., BMI, TG/HDL, and glucose, were associated with EAT change per year, whereas classical CVD risks, e.g., LDL, calcium score, and ASCVD 10-year risk score, were not. The actual CVD event was not associated with EAT volume, warranting future studies combining qualitative assessments with quantitative ones.
