연구실 소개
조성규 교수의 연구실은 에너지 변환 및 의료 기기 분야에서의 혁신을 목표로 하며, 열전 발전기의 고효율 제어 기술과 소형 환자 대응 가능한 심장 수술 보조 기구 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 디지털 제어 장치 없이도 안정적인 최대출력 추적을 구현하는 아날로그 기반 MPPT 회로 설계와, 소아 환자에게 적합한 생체 적합성 재료 기반 인공심장판막 및 혈관 우회로의 설계·평가가 핵심 연구 과제입니다. 이는 임상적 안정성과 장기적 생존율 향상에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

15We have proposed and fabricated a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) circuit for thermoelectric generator (TEG) without digital controller unit. The 16-mm polytetrafluoroethylene conduit for ECFP showed acceptable outcomes and good haemodynamic status in small-sized patients. According to our results, small patients do not require large conduits to accommodate their growth potential.
MV repair in paediatric patients with congenital mitral stenosis showed acceptable results. The follow-up echocardiogram also revealed satisfactory results. Close follow-up is necessary to detect the development of postoperative mitral stenosis or regurgitation.
