Dapagliflozin treatment showed beneficial effects on diabetic nephropathy, which might be via suppression of renal RAS component expression, oxidative stress and interstitial fibrosis in OLETF rats. 우리나라 가구 의료비부담과 미충족 의료 현황: 의료보장 형태와 경제적 수준을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 과부담의료비 지출 가구와 미충족 의료 경험 가구의 현황을 사회경제적 상태의 차이를 중심으로 파악하는 것이며 2006년 차상위계층조사자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 과부담의료비 지출 가구 비율은 전체 가구의 약 2% 수준이었고 소득수준이 낮은 가구일수록 이 비중은 높아졌으며 특히 건강보험빈곤, 건강보험차상위 가구의 과부담의료비 비율이 높았다. 과부담의료비 지출 가구를 결정하는 주요 요인은 가구주의 경제 활동 상태, 교육수준, 가구원 수 및 장애/만성질환자/노인 가구원 유무 등이었다. 한편 조사대상 가구의 약 12%가 미충족 의료 경험이 있음을 보고하였는데, 과부담의료비 지출 가구와는 달리 의료급여빈곤 및 의료급여차상위 가구에서 필요한 보건의료서비스 이용을 포기하거나 지연한 경험이 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 미충족 의료 경험과 관련된 요인은 가구주 성별, 연령 및 가구 내 만성질환자 유무 등이었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 건강보험의 보장성정책과 관련하여 저소득층에서
