연구실 소개

최태현 교수 연구실은 생체재료 및 조직공학 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 뼈 및 피부 재생을 위한 나노구조 생체소재 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. KLD12 기반 나노섬유를 활용한 세포 유도 및 혈관신생 촉진, 항염증 및 항산화 작용을 보이는 천연물소재(흑색완두콩 껍질의 안토시아닌 등)의 치료적 응용도 함께 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 의료현장에서의 실용적 적용을 고려한 환자 신원 확인 기술과 치료·진단 기능을 동시에 구현한 생분해성 골판재 개발도 진행 중입니다.

참여 및 숙의제도의 대표성: 신고리 5・6호기 공론화위원회 사례를 중심으로

참여 및 숙의제도의 활용이 증가하면서 이러한 제도에 참여하는 시민들의 대표성의 한계와, 그에 따른 공적 의사결정의 정당성에 대한 비판이 증가하여왔다. 행정의 다양한 층위와 영역에서 활용되는 참여 및 숙의제도를 통한 공적 의사결정의 정당성을 확보하려면 이 제도의 대표성 문제를 이론적으로 해결해야 한다. 이 논문의 목적은 민주주의 행정 제도에서 대표성의 다양한 의미를 비판적으로 검토하고, 대의민주주의와 참여민주주의의 대표성의 장단점을 고려한 통합적인 제도 설계 접근을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우선 묘사적/통계적 대표성, 반응적/선출적 대표성 등 대표 구성과 책임의 원리에 따른 대표성의 다면성을 비판적으로 검토함으로써 대표성에 대한 복합적 접근이 필요함을 제시하였다. 다음으로 참여 및 숙의제도에서 대표성에 대한 다섯 가지 주요한 비판을 검토하여 그 정당성을 평가하고, 이를 최근 실행되었던 신고리 5・6호기 공론화위원회 사례에 적용하여 대표성의 실천적인 문제들을 검토하였다. 마지막으로
