연구실 소개
이태승 교수의 연구실은 혈관 생물학과 염증 반응의 분자 기전을 중심으로, 특히 세포 신호 전달 경로, 특히 MAPK 및 PP2A를 포함한 단백질 키나제·인산화효소의 조절 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 혈관 내피세포와 평활근세포에서의 신호 전달, 염증 반응 조절, 림프부종 및 동맥경화증과 같은 순환기 질환의 분자 기전을 규명하고자 하며, CHI3L1과 같은 신규 생체마커의 기능적 역할에 대해서도 집중 연구하고 있습니다. 이들의 연구는 질병의 조기 진단 및 타겟 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

15We have previously reported that cyclic strain results in rapid phosphorylation of p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPKs). Secondary lymphedema is an intractable disease mainly caused by damage of the lymphatic system during surgery, yet studies are limited by the lack of suitable animal models. Muscle-derived stem cells (MDSCs) are known to promote angiogenesis, but have never been studied in vascular diseases.
