연구실 소개
김완희 교수의 연구실은 생체재료와 유전자 조절 기반의 조직 공학을 핵심으로 하여, 특히 피부 및 뼈 조직의 재생을 위한 혁신적 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 어린이 및 노령 동물 모델을 활용한 실험을 통해 아드레날린 유래 줄기세포(ASCs)와 무세포 피부기저막(ADM)을 조합한 치료법의 유효성을 입증하고 있으며, 저강도 레이저 치료(Low-Level Laser Therapy, LLLT)와의 병용 효과도 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 식물의 면역 반응 기전과 동물의 대사질환 관련 분자 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구를 병행하여, 다양한 생물학적 문제에 대한 통합적 접근을 선도하고 있습니다.

This study investigates the feasibility of using an adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ASC)-seeded acellular dermal matrix (ADM) along with low-level laser therapy (LLLT) to repair bone defect in athymic nude mice.
