연구실 소개
정우진 교수의 연구실은 주로 생물의학 분야에서의 나노소재 응용을 중심으로, 펩타이드-나노입자 복합체를 활용한 약물 전달, 진단 영상, 암 치료 반응 예측 등 혁신적인 의료 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 난소암, 갑상선암 등에서의 유전자 변이와 신호전달 경로의 기전을 규명하며 표적 치료의 정밀도를 높이는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 림프구염성 종양 등 희귀질환에 대한 비수술적 치료 전략과 병변의 자연 치유 경로 분석도 함께 연구하고 있습니다.
