연구실 소개

김연수 교수의 연구실은 만성 신질환, 특히 신증후군과 만성 신부전의 면역학적 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 고형성 멤브레노이드 신염의 자가항체 기반 병태생리학적 역할과 IL-15/IL-15 수용체 경로를 타겟으로 한 면역조절 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 신장 이식 후 대사성 산증의 영향 및 헌터바나바이러스 감염의 임상적 특성에 대해서도 깊이 있는 임상 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 기초 면역학과 임상 신장학을 융합한 전임상 및 임상 연구의 시너지를 창출하고 있습니다.

We identified a unique U-shaped relationship between midterm eGFR and adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the optimal range of midterm eGFR levels was 120-150 ml/min per 1.73 m<sup>2</sup>. 본 연구는 영아기 어머니의 언어적 반응성 및 영아의 비언어적 의사소통능력이 이 시기 동안의 언어 뿐 아니라 아동 초기 언어능력과 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 62명의 아동을 대상으로 종단적으로 살펴보았다. 각 아동의 비언어적 의사소통 능력은 12개월에, 영아기 동안의 어휘는 12, 15, 18개월에, 아동 초기 언어능력은 42개월에 측정되었다. 12개월 당시 어머니의 언어적 반응성은 자유놀이 상황에서 어머니의 반응을, 12개월 영아의 비언어적 의사소통능력과 12, 15, 18, 42개월의 어휘는 각각 PICS(Pictorial Infant Communication Scale)와 어휘체크리스트(M-B CDI-K)와 아동발달검사(KCDI)로 측정되었다. 그 결과 12개월 당시 언어적 반응성은 12, 15개월의 어휘와 정적 상관이, 비언어적 의사소통능력은 12, 15, 18개월의 어휘 및 42개월의 언어능력과 정적 상관이 있었다. 한편 12개월 당시 어머니의 언어적 반응성은 42
