연구실 소개
윤혁 교수의 연구실은 위암의 조기 진단과 예방을 위한 고위험군 선별 및 관리 전략에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 만성 위염, 위축성 위염, 이형세포화와 같은 전암성 병변의 역할을 깊이 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 헬리코박터 파일로리의 내성 문제와 관련된 치료법 개선, 특히 다제내성 항생제에 대비한 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 최근에는 장내 미생물 조절을 통한 장기능질환, 특히 장내세균총 변화와 관련된 소화기질환의 메커니즘 규명에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

We assessed the effect of multi-species probiotic mixture on the changes in fecal microbiota and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms. The 7-day moxifloxacin-containing triple therapy produced an unacceptably low eradication rate.
