연구실 소개
윤종현 교수의 연구실은 노화와 관련된 근육 질환인 사르코페니아의 분자 기전을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 지질 대사와 단백질 합성 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 노화 관련 근육 기능 저하의 원인을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 태반 유래 줄기세포(Wharton's jelly)에서 자연적인 성장인자와 다능성 줄기세포를 동시에 확보하는 혁신적 배양 기법을 개발하여 재생의료 응용에 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 생물기반 화학물질 생산을 위한 대사공학 및 고성능 레이저 소자 개발까지 연구 영역을 확장하고 있습니다.

A tunable single-mode laser is obtained by using a weakly coupled cavity structure involved in a coaxially packaged Fabry-Perot laser diode. We established cord blood CBC reference values of healthy Korean neonates using a large-scale CB units. The established CBC reference values from our study will be useful as basic data for CBC interpretation and assessment of transplant suitability of donated CB.
