연구실 소개

전윤경 교수의 연구실은 종양 미세환경, 특히 면역세포와 면역관문 억제 기전에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 림프계 종양, 특히 다발성 림프성 백혈병(DLBCL)과 비만성 림프종(NKTCL)에서 조혈세포 및 면역세포의 역할을 면역조직화학적·분자생물학적 방법으로 규명하고 있으며, PD-1/PD-L1 및 ALK 등 표적치료의 임상적 적용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한, 유비퀴틴 리가제인 Pellino-1이 암 발생에 미치는 영향과 관련된 신호전달 경로의 기전 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and regulatory T-cells (Tregs) play an important role in the tumor microenvironment. Here, we investigated the prognostic implications of TAMs and Tregs in 165 diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) using immunohistochemistry. Survival analysis was performed among 109 DLBCLs treated with rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (R-CHOP).
