연구실 소개

조연정 교수의 연구실은 심장수술 중 발생하는 심장 손상, 특히 이소화/재순환 손상에 대비한 보호 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 원격 이소화 조절(리모트 이소화 컨dition링)이 심장에 미치는 보호 효과와 그 기전, 특히 Anesthesia(마취) 및 β-차단제의 영향을 체계적으로 분석하고 있으며, 신경 및 체액적 신호 전달 경로의 역할을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한 임상적 적용 가능성을 높이기 위해 동물 모델과 임상 연구를 융합한 다학제적 접근을 펼치고 있습니다.

‘독서 불가능성’에 대한 실험으로서의 「지도의 암실」

이상 문학에 나타난 알레고리적 성격은 그의 역사 인식이나 세계 인식과 관련하여 해석되곤 한다. 그러나 이러한 독법은 이상의 텍스트를 작가의 고정된 인식을 담고 있는 일종의 ‘모상’으로 읽는 방식이다. 이는 ‘재현’을 거부하는 이상 문학의 고유한 속성 자체를 배반하는 독서행위에 가깝다. 이상의 텍스트는 오로지 언어의 지시 체계 자체에 대한 그의 해체적 인식을 보여주는 것으로 다시 읽힐 필요가 있다. 결국 이상 텍스트를 제대로 읽기 위해서라면 우리는 이제까지 축적되어온 무수한 주석들이 오류일 가능성을 언제나 열어 둔 채로, 그것들을 해체해 나가는 과정을 되밟아야 하는 것이다. 이상이 쓴 최초의 본격적 단편이라 할 수 있는 「지도의 암실」은 ‘그’라는 인물의 하루 동안의 여정이 파편적인 방식으로밖에는 재현될 수 없다는 사실을 여러 가지 형태적 장치들을 통해 보여줌으로써 ‘모상’이 거짓이고 ‘허상’이 진실일 수 있음을 암시한다. 「지도의 암실」에 이해 가능한 여러 가지 주석을 달아보는 행위
