연구실 소개
김영희 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 면역학과 지구물리학 분야에서 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 면역결합체 예측 및 분석을 위한 고성능 도구 개발과 함께, 특히 T세포 및 B세포 항원의 정밀 예측에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이는 감염병 및 백신 개발에 기여합니다. 동시에 멕시코, 알라스카 등 다양한 구조권에서의 판 구조와 지각의 기하학적 특성, 지진 발생 메커니즘을 수식과 수치 모델링을 통해 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 수신 함수 기반의 지구 내부 구조 해석과 고해상도 지진 역학 해석 기법을 접목해 지속 가능한 지구물리학적 이해를 추구하고 있습니다.

The geometry and properties of the interface of the Cocos plate beneath central Mexico are determined from the receiver functions (RFs) utilizing data from the Meso America Subduction Experiment (MASE). The RF image shows that the subducting oceanic crust is shallowly dipping to the north at 15° for 80 km from Acapulco and then horizontally underplates the continental crust for approximately 200 km to the Trans‐Mexican Volcanic Belt (TMVB).
