연구실 소개
윤영호 교수의 연구실은 암 환자 및 가족의 삶의 질 향상에 초점을 맞춘 종합적이고 실천적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 암 치료 후 환자의 정서적 지원, 임종 진단 통보 방식, 만성 피로 관리, 통증 평가 등에서 환자 중심의 접근을 강조하며, 온라인 교육 프로그램과 표준 지침 기반의 간호 및 상담 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 가족 간호사의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 경제적 부담 완화 대책도 핵심 연구 과제입니다.

Our findings indicated that most cancer patients want to be informed if their illness is terminal, and physicians should realize that the patient and the family unit may differ in their attitude toward such a disclosure. PURPOSE We investigated the experiences of cancer patients and their family caregivers who became aware that the cancer was terminal, how they became aware, and how they felt about disclosure of the information. Our study suggests that to improve caregiver QOL, we should give priority to decreasing the economic burden that cancer places on patient's family.
Our findings show that there are various functional and symptomatic problems, which health care providers need to manage during the postsurgical period. We need to continuously address fatigue, diarrhea, dysphagia, eating restrictions, body image disturbance, and cognitive functioning. This study aimed to analyze the content of mukbang YouTube videos, as well as news articles related to mukbang and the association between watching mukbang videos and health habits. Although the various participant groups shared the same attitude toward futile and ameliorative end-of-life care (the withdrawal of futile life-sustaining treatment and the use of active pain control), oncologists had a more negative attitude than those in the other groups toward the active ending of life (euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide).
