연구실 소개
송영신 교수의 연구실은 갑상선암의 분자적 기반과 임상적 예후 요법을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 BRAF 및 TERT 프로모터 변이가 갑상선암의 악성도와 생존에 미치는 상호작용 메커니즘을 유전체 분석과 전사체 분석을 통해 규명하고 있으며, MAPK 경로와 전사 인자 ETS의 역할을 중심으로 분자적 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다. 또한, 낮은 돌연변이 부하를 가진 분화형 갑상선암의 유전자 지도를 다각도로 분석함으로써 새로운 드라이버 유전자와 치료 타겟을 도출하고자 합니다.
