연구실 소개
금영정 교수의 연구실은 기술 융합, 특히 바이오기술(BT)과 정보기술(IT)의 융합 동향을 체계적으로 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 기술적 융합의 동적 변화를 파악하기 위해 특허 데이터 기반의 인용 분석, 공통 분류 분석, 그리고 신규성 탐지 기법을 활용한 기술 기회 탐지 프레임워크를 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 서비스 프로세스의 복잡성을 해소하기 위한 '서비스 트리 분석'(STA)과 같은 트리 기반 분석 도구를 통해 고객 참여 시각에서의 서비스 품질 향상 방안을 모색하고 있습니다.
