연구실 소개
이윤실 교수의 연구실은 미토콘드리아의 세포 외 분비와 그가 조절하는 뼈 형성 과정에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히, 미토콘드리아 유래 소포체(MDV)와 세포 내 신호전달 경로(예: CD38/cADPR)를 통해 조혈모세포의 분화를 조절하는 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 생체 내에서의 미토콘드리아 기능과 세포 사멸, 산화 스트레스 반응 등과의 연관성에 대해서도 심층적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 뼈 질환 및 노화 관련 질환의 새로운 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

We examined the histological changes by radiofrequency (RF) fields on rat testis, specifically with respect to sensitive processes such as spermatogenesis.
