The study focused on learning difficulties experienced by East Asian International (EAI) students. Participants were 117 EAI students undertaking tertiary study at a major university, all were surveyed and 21 students were interviewed. The findings suggest that language limitations, academic content and learning styles were associated with difficulties in their learning. 본 연구에서는 학령기 아동이 주관적으로 인식하는 삶의 질의 양상은 어떠하며, 그것에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 서울, 경기도, 경상도, 전라도에 있는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 아동 972명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학령기 아동의 주관적인 삶의 질은 전반적으로 학년이 높은 아동과 여아가 낮은 양상을 보였다. 특히 6학년 여아는 가장 낮은 수준의 삶의 질을 보고하였다. 둘째, 부정적인 정서를 덜 느끼고 긍정적인 감정을 많이 느끼는 아동일수록 주관적으로 인식하는 삶의 질이 높았다. 셋째, 학령기 아동의 객관적인 신체건강상태는 주관적인 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 즉, 질병의 유무나 비만도와는 상관없이 아동이 자신의 건강상태를 어떻게 인식하고 있느냐에 따라 주관적인 삶의 질을 보고하였다. 그리고 마지막으로, 교우관계와 학업성적은 학령기 아동의 주관적인 삶의 질에 매우 많은 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나

도시재생뉴딜사업은 정부와 국민의 협력 거버넌스를 기반으로 추진될 계획이며, 도심에 진행되는 사업의 특성상 다양한 이해관계자의 역할과 책임이 요구된다. 도시재생사업의 수익성 확보를 위해서는 도심 내 유휴공간 및 공유지의 활용은 불가피하며, 따라서 도시재생사업은 공공성이 전제되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공성을 실현하기 위한 사회적 책임의 관점에서 뉴욕시 로우라인 사례를 고찰하였다. 현장 방문, 관계자 인터뷰, 지역신문기사 분석을 통해 사업 추진과정과 구조, 다양한 주민참여 방식, 젠트리피케이션을 방지하기 위한 노력 등을 구체적으로 파악했다. 로우라인 사례는 재원 마련과 수익성 확보에 있어 민간부문의 자발적인 투자를 장려하고, 다양한 재원조달 방식을 채택했으며 공유지를 저렴한 가격에 임대하여 사업성을 높였다. 다양한 이해관계자들의 이해관계를 조율하기 위해 지역에 대한 이해도가 높은 전문가들의 제안 수렴, 주변 지역 공동체와 환류과정을 통해 계획안 작성, 다양한 유형의 주민참여를 통

본 연구는 민간영역의 주거문제 완화 및 해결에 중점을 두고 셰어하우스를 운영하는 세 기관을 선정해 이들의 셰어하우스공급과정, 운영 및 관리 실태, 사업구조를 분석하였다. 이후 셰어하우스 거주 경험자 대상 설문 및 심층인터뷰로 청년 1인 주거 문제의 대안으로서 셰어하우스의 실효성을 검토하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 공급자와 수요자 측면의 분석으로 민간주도, 민관협력, 공공주도 등 셰어하우스의 적절한 공급 형태 및 각각의 한계점을 보완하는 방안이 무엇인지 고찰하였다. 청년 1인가구의 주거 안정성을 확보하고 사회적 부담을 완화할 수 있는 대안 모색이 필요하다.
