연구실 소개

이 연구실은 만성 신장질환, 특히 IgA 난소성 신염과 당뇨병성 신장병 환자를 중심으로 한 신기능 보존 및 예후 예측에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 혈중 크레아티닌과 시스티네 시스틴 C를 활용한 근육량 추정 방정식, SPARK 지수를 통한 수술 후 급성 신손상 위험도 평가, SGLT2 억제제가 신장 이식자에서 신기능 유지에 미치는 영향 등 임상적 적용가능성이 높은 생물지표 및 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 환자의 장기적 생존과 신기능 유지에 영향을 미치는 생화학적 지표(예: 요산 수치)의 역할에 대한 다각적 분석도 진행 중입니다.

Research on the prognosis of IgA nephropathy (IgAN) has focused on renal survival, with little information being available on patient survival.
