연구실 소개
김한준 교수의 연구실은 허미늄질지르코늄산화물(Fe-PMO) 기반의 나노스케일 페로일렉트릭 소재를 중심으로, 고성능 플래시 메모리 및 신소재 전자소자 응용을 위한 물성 제어 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 원자층증착(atomic layer deposition)을 활용한 두께 제어와 산화알루미늄 인터페이스 도입을 통해 페로일렉트릭 특성의 안정화 및 유해 상변화 억제에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 이는 차세대 비휘발성 메모리 및 생체적용 소자에 응용 가능합니다. 또한, 약물 방출 시스템과 같은 생체적용 소자 기술과도 융합된 다학제적 연구를 전개하고 있습니다.

15The degradation of ferroelectric (FE) properties of atomic layer deposited Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 films with increasing thickness was mitigated by inserting 1 nm-thick Al2O3 interlayer at middle position of the thickness of the FE film. Subthalamic deep brain stimulation (STN DBS) is an established treatment for the motor symptoms in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease (PD). Survival was not affected by age at onset, initial symptom, or predominant symptom at the last visit or by the presence of autonomic symptoms or multiple symptoms at disease onset.
STN DBS improves pain in PD, and this beneficial effect persists, being observed after a prolonged follow-up of 24 months. In addition, in many of the PD patients new, mainly musculoskeletal pain developed on longer follow-up.
