연구실 소개

이하람 교수의 연구실은 주로 나노소재 기반의 에너지 변환 및 저장 소재 개발을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 안정성과 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 신소재 및 표면 기술에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 코팅 기술과 나노구조 제어를 통해 자외선 변환, 광안정성 향상, 그리고 생체안정성 평가까지 다각도로 연구를 전개하고 있습니다. 특히 ZnGa₂O₄ 기반의 다운컨verting 층, Sn 도핑된 Ga₂O₃ 에피타일 성장, 그리고 도핑에 의한 산화물 나노입자의 세포 독성 메커니즘 분석 등 응용 기반의 기초 연구가 두드러집니다.

Abstract Perovskite solar cells are easily decomposed by ultraviolet rays. In order to limit the function of TiO 2 as a photocatalyst, ZnGa 2 O 4 nanoparticles were mixed into a mesoporous TiO 2 layer. Abstract We achieved the heteroepitaxial growth of Sn-incorporated Ga 2 O 3 (Ga 2 O 3 :Sn) thin films on sapphire (0001) substrates using radio-frequency powder-sputtering. Synchrotron X-ray diffraction at out-of-plane and in-plane Bragg peaks revealed that the Ga 2 O 3 :Sn thin films were composed of corundum α and monoclinic β phases, both being epitaxial to the sapphire (0001) substrates. Characteristics of ZnGa <sub>2</sub> O <sub>4</sub> coated solar cells and their functions as UV-C sensors

Abstract The ZnGa 2 O 4 down-converting layer was deposited on the incident side of perovskite solar cell. The down-converting layer was coated by sol-gel spinning. Perovskite solar cells with ZnGa 2 O 4 films operate without loss of efficiency and produce additional current when irradiated with 254 nm light. It was confirmed that nano devices with both a function as a UV-C sensor and a function as a solar cell can be implemented.

The Critique of Reason and Biopolitics in William Blake’s <i>The Four Zoas</i>

This article examines William Blake’s critique of instrumental reason in The Four Zoas to rethink the politics of his later poetry. Rather than signaling his quietism, Blake’s poem registers his insights into emerging political strategies that produce governable bodies by encouraging rational self-mastery and the pursuit of self-interest. I argue that Blake represents proto-biopolitical thinking as such in criticizing Malthus’s political economy and radical political discourse of the 1790s.

Nationalism and Irony: William Wordsworth’s Political Sonnets of 1807

This article examines William Wordsworth’s political sonnets in his 1807 volume of poetry to reconsider their political implications in post-revolutionary Britain.
