연구실 소개
양희범 교수의 연구실은 식물 유전체와 병원균 저항성 유전자 기반의 농업 생물공학을 핵심으로 하며, 고추, 배추, 수박 등 주요 작물의 품질 및 병역성 특성 유전적 기반을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히, QTL 맵핑과 고밀도 유전자 지도를 활용한 품종 개량, 바이러스-숙주 단백질 상호작용을 차단하는 지능형 저항성 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 신생아 장염증 예방을 위한 생물학적 기전 규명과 수술적 조치 최적화에 관한 의학적 응용 연구도 수행하고 있습니다.
