연구실 소개

홍순범 교수의 연구실은 주로 청소년기 뇌의 발달과 정신질환, 특히 ADHD 및 인터넷 중독과 관련된 뇌 구조 및 기능적 변화를 밝혀내는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 환경 독소(예: lead, BPA)의 뇌 발달에 대한 영향과 도파민·노르에피네프린 신경전달물질 시스템의 유전자 다형성이 뇌 기능 및 약물 반응에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 뇌 영상 기반의 연결성 분석과 유전적 요소를 융합한 정밀의료 기반의 ADHD 진단 및 치료 전략 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

The present study suggests that individual differences should be taken into account in the clinical course and outcome of children exposed to psychological trauma. The two most common trajectories were the Resilience and the Recovery types, together suggesting that over 90% of children were evidenced with a favorable 30-month outcome.
