연구실 소개

홍윤지 교수의 연구실은 임상병리학 및 분자진단학 분야에서 활동하며, 바이러스 감염병 진단을 위한 고정성 및 정밀한 분자진단 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 허혈성 뇌병변, 수막염, 폐렴 등 다양한 감염성 질환의 조기 진단을 위한 실시간 PCR, 멜팅 커브 분석, NGS 기반 HLA 분석 기술을 응용하고 있습니다. 또한, 백신 접종 반응 평가 및 집단면역 확보를 위한 혈액항체 검사 및 진단성능 평가에도 기여하고 있습니다.
