황인창 교수의 연구실은 심장질환의 진단 및 치료에 있어 영상의학과 생물학적 마커를 융합한 정밀의료를 추구합니다. 특히 당뇨병성 심장병, 심부전(특히 HFrEF), 심장비대의 원인 분류, 심장지방 및 뇌경색 위험 예측 등에 초점을 맞춘 영상 기반 생물학적 마커 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. AI 기반 심장초음파 영상 분석과 심장 MRI를 활용한 심장 기능 변화 평가를 통해 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다.

15Use of SGLT2i improved cardiac function in diabetic patients, regardless of the presence of HF. The improvements were more prominent in HF patients, especially in those with HFrEF. These improvements in cardiac function would contribute to the clinical benefit of SGLT2i.
In patients with HFrEF treated with sacubitril/valsartan, LV reverse remodelling reflects the treatment response and predicts the prognosis, whereas a lack of reverse remodelling indicates the lack of treatment benefits. Prediction and assessment of reverse remodelling may facilitate the selection of patients with greater benefits by sacubitril/valsartan.
