연구실 소개

류혜진 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 소재와 생체재료를 기반으로 한 혁신적 치료 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 천연식물에서 유래한 활성성분의 약리적 기능과 나노복합재료의 기계적·형상 기억 특성을 융합한 의료용 소재 개발에 주력하고 있으며, 당뇨병, 비알코올성 간지방증 등 대사질환과 관련된 생체마커 및 치료 타겟 단백질의 기전 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 임상 현장에서의 소통 역량 강화를 위한 간호사 소통 경험 연구를 통해 의료 현장의 질적 향상에도 기여하고 있습니다.

We prepared poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL)-based shape memory polyurethane (PU) nanofibers incorporating three kinds of graphene, that is, graphene oxide (GO), PCL-functionalized graphene with PCL (f-GO), and reduced graphene (r-GO) to investigate their mechanical and shape memory properties.
