연구실 소개

유현주 교수의 연구실은 주로 식품 및 의약소재에서 유래하는 당화합물(예: 글루코시드, 프리박터리드)의 미생물 또는 효소를 이용한 생체활성 변환을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 갈근, 판백피, 콩류 등 식물성 자원에서 유래한 사포닌 및 이소플라빈 유도체의 생체이용률 향상을 위한 미생물 발효 및 효소 전환 기술을 개발하고 있으며, 이는 항암, 항염증, 장건강 기능 향상 등 다양한 생리활성을 목표로 합니다. 또한, 장내 미생물군의 균형 회복을 위한 박테리아 치료법과 항균 메커니즘에 대한 기초 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

The polysaccharide (BB-pol) extracted from Bifidobacterium bifidum BGN4 showed growth inhibitory effects on several colon cancer cell lines such as HT-29 and HCT-116. 조직신뢰, 위계적 조직문화, 직무소진, 직무몰입 및 이직의도의 관계에 대한 다집단 경로분석

이 연구는 직무요구-자원 모형(JD-R)을 적용하여 기업의 산업 특성을 고려한 다집단 경로분석을 통해 제조업과 비제조업 종사자의 조직신뢰, 위계적 조직문화, 직무소진, 직무몰입 및 이직의도의 경로를 구명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원의 인적자본 기업패널조사(HCCP) 자료 중 대졸 근로자(2017년 당시) 코호트를 제조업과 비제조업 근로자로 구분하고 다집단 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직신뢰, 위계적 조직문화, 직무소진, 직무몰입 및 이직의도 모형은 적합도 검정 결과 모든 지수가 양호하게 도출되었으며 이는 각 변인간의 경로를 예측하기에 적합하다고 판단되었다. 둘째, 경로분석 결과 연구 대상 전체에 대한 조직신뢰, 위계적 조직문화, 직무소진, 직무몰입 및 이직의도 경로는 모두 유의하였다. 셋째, 다집단 경로분석 비교결과 제조업 대비 비제조업 근로자들은 조직신뢰가 직무소진에 미치는 부적인 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며

Bifidobacterium longum RD47 was cultured in 24 kinds of modified MRS broths containing various ingredients to select the most promising source that induces microbial enzymes.
