연구실 소개
유형원 교수의 연구실은 로봇 외과 수술 및 최소침습 수술 기술의 향상에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 복강경 및 로봇 수술에서의 합병증 감소와 수술 성과 향상을 위한 기술적·지식기반 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 신체 운동 분석과 모션 캡처 기술을 활용한 수술 교육 평가 시스템 개발, 그리고 갑상선암 및 갑상선질환 환자의 삶의 질 향상 전략 개발 등 임상적 실용성과 기술 혁신을 융합한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 지식 기반 임상의사 지원 시스템(CDSS)과 조직 프린팅 기반 자가 이식 기법을 통해 수술의 정밀도와 생존율을 높이는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

15Laparoscopic gastrectomy had an advantage over open gastrectomy in terms of the lower postoperative pancreatic fistula rate. The present study demonstrated that a knowledge-based CDSS is feasible in the treatment of thyroid nodules. A high-quality knowledge-based CDSS was developed, and medical domain and computer scientists collaborated effectively in an integrated development environment. The mind map and IDT approach represents a pioneering method of integrating knowledge from CPGs.
