연구실 소개
류현진 교수의 연구실은 만성 신장질환의 병태생리 및 영양 상태 평가에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 다낭성 신장질환(ADPKD) 환자에서 복부 장기비대와 영양 상태의 상관관계를 심층적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 한국인을 대상으로 한 예후 분석을 바탕으로 당뇨병성 신손상, 고혈압성 신손상 등 다양한 원인으로 인한 만성 신장질환의 진행 속도와 합병증 발생 위험을 비교 연구하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 신장 이식 후 면역억제제 조절 전략의 영향을 평가하여, 임상적 결과와 생존율에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 있습니다.

We found that vitamin D deficiency is correlated with hematuria in women, particularly after menopause. Further interventional studies are warranted to address whether correcting vitamin D deficiency can lower the risk of hematuria.
