연구실 소개

박현선 교수의 연구실은 메모리 시스템의 에너지 효율성 향상과 신경망 연산 최적화를 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 DRAM과 비휘성 메모리가 조합된 하이브리드 메모리 아키텍처에서의 리프레시 에너지 절감 및 GPU 기반 딥러닝 연산의 성능 향상을 위한 하드웨어 최적화 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 피부질환, 특히 아토피 피부염과 같은 만성 염증성 피부질환에 대한 줄기세포 치료 전략에 대한 생물학적·분자적 연구도 병행하고 있습니다. 이는 하이브리드 메모리 기술과 의료 신약 개발의 융합적 접근을 보여줍니다.

Convolution operations dominate the total execution time of deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
